Cooper is one calm and laid back kitten. He is friendly and likes to get in your lap. He has mostly been outside and isn’t too keen on being stuck inside, but he is adjusting. This little guy is full of fun. He loves to zoom around and play with his siblings and toys. He likes to climb the cat tower and enjoys being . He is very socialized and friendly. This little love bug is Ham, aka Hamilton or Hammy. He is full grown at 26lbs and is such a sweetheart. He loves other dogs and goes crazy for booty scratches. He is very shy at first but will love you to death if you give him time to warm up to you! He has a very gentle nature and you can tell he just wants to be loved. Ham is house-trained, neutered and up to date on shots.

Nemo is a young and handsome orange spotted tabby. His markings are incredible: striped tail/legs, spotted body, solid white on feet. He is one cool cat! Nemo is also friendly, very socialized and loves human attention. And boy does he love to catch things. You should see him get after a fly- he turns into an acrobat! Nemo has only been indoors, but enjoys being out on our catio so he could be both inside/outside. He does ok with other cats, dogs, and kids too. Picasso is playful, sweet, and full of personality. He is very affectionate but can be a little timid at first. He has only been outside, but is loving being inside at our shelter. He is doing pretty well with house-training too! Picasso is good with other dogs and bigger kids (he doesn’t know his size. He is a year old and 68lbs (as of 2/11/25).

Rover is one happy guy! He is good with other dogs and kids too. He has not been around cats, but we can introduce him if necessary. He is mostly house-trained except for the occasional pee accidents. He was never on a leash before we got him, but he walks great with a harness now. He is extremely smart, super sweet and needs a family or person who will shower him with attention and love. Rover is just over a year old and weighs 76lbs. He will be around 80lbs full grown.

Enzo is an energetic and playful kitten. He loves to zoom around, jump and climb. He needs a home where he can run and play with his toys and be the center of attention. Dill is a calm and gentle kitty. He was very shy when he got here but is now curious about humans and likes to be held and petted. He isn’t very active and keeps to himself, but likes to walk around and watch what we are doing when we are cleaning. He has a swirl pattern on his fur that everyone comments on – he is really cool looking kitty! Dill is litterbox trained, neutered and current on shots.

Squirrel is a curious guy that loves treats and to play with toys. He gets along with other kitties after the stress of the initial introduction settles down. Luke is a very friendly and playful dog. He loves stuffies and to be around people. He needs a home with people who will give him lots of attention. Luke does not like cats but is good with most other dogs. He is a little afraid of small children with all of their fast movements and loud noises, but older, more calm kids would be fine. Luke is eager to please and just wants a person to love on him and be with him all the time. He will make a great companion dog for someone or a family. He is just over a year old and weighs 45lbs.
**Luke was enrolled in the Paws in Prison Program for 8 weeks of obedience training and graduated with flying colors in Sept 2024. He is now crate trained, knows a ton of cues, has manners, and knows a lot tricks as well!
*We are sending him back to the prison for a refresher course from Feb 11 – March 11 so he will be extra ready for his new family. Will you take this sweetheart into your home?
**Update from the PIP trainer: Luke has demonstrated basics and more advanced training besides 20+ tricks. His handlers say that he is “well mannered, a love bug, and a dog that loves attention.”
