Bean is blind in one eye as a result of the feline calicivirus, from when she was a kitten. It really doesn’t slow her down any, she gets around just fine. She came to us with her siblings, Moose and Fish. She has only been inside and wasn’t socialized. Bean is very shy and likes to hide, but is coming around slowly with human attention. She is litter box trained, spayed and fully vetted. Bean is one scaredy cat that needs a lot of love and affection, I just hope her fears do not prevent her from being adopted. She will do well in a calm, quiet home. She is almost 2 years old.

This little sweetheart is slightly cross-eyed but this makes her even cuter. Someone rescued her as a kitten with her siblings, Moose and Bean. They were kept inside but did not receive very much attention or socialization. Fish is very shy and a little skittish, but is warming up to the new sounds and sights of the shelter. Ginger is the sweetest little ball of soft fur you will ever touch. She is about 6 years old, very mellow, laid back, and friendly. She loves to get belly rubs and be held. She will be a great lap cat! Ginger does ok with other cats but is not a huge fan of them. We do know that she loves dogs though. She is litter box trained, spayed and fully vetted. She has been both indoors and outdoors, but prefers a comfy, warm place to cuddle up on. Can she be your new cuddle buddy?
Mama is a little chunky sweetheart. She is about 2 lbs overweight, which is a lot for such a small cat. *UPDATE: she is at a healthy weight now!
Poor Fritzie was found in the national forest with a flea collar on, but no owner anywhere?? The forest service picked her up and put her in foster care until we had room at the shelter. Miss Fritzie is super affectionate and purrs as soon as you pick her up. She loves to be held and nuzzle into your neck. She does not appear to be a fan of other felines, but loves people. She is litter box trained and spayed. Fritzie has been both indoors and outdoors and is about a year old.
Nala is a laid back and lazy lady! She loves to cuddle up on a blanket or bed and snooze the day away. She won’t come to you but if you go to her and offer pets, she enjoys it. Nala does well with other cats and dogs too. She has been both indoors and outdoors, is litter box trained and spayed. Nala is ready to find her forever home, will it be yours?
Hey everyone, London here! I just turned One and I am full grown at 45lbs. They tell me I am a smart cookie because I have learned so much since I got here back in February (2o24). When I arrived, I didn’t know how to walk on a leash and I pottied in my room (which I guess is a big NO NO). Now I love going for walks in my harness and catching bugs and running through the tall grass. I only use the bathroom in my outside area or the yard and I can use the doggie door as well! I really like to play with toys and with humans, but other dogs make me nervous and I can’t stand cats! I am getting used to other dogs though and might have a roommate soon, but I hope I find a forever home before then cause I really prefer to be by myself.
