Autumn came to us with her sister Oreo. She is about 1 year old, weights 48 pounds and will not get any bigger. She is spayed and is current on shots. Autumn has only been with us since December 2016 but we can tell she is a very smart dog, she is well behaved. Both her and her sister have dew claws on their hind legs and curly tails like a Great Pyrenees. Autumn recently graduated from the Paws in Prison program on April 19th after 8 weeks of training and constant TLC. This is a wonderful program for both rescue dogs and the inmates that train them in basic obedience and tricks too. She is leash trained, house trained, kennel trained and knows basic commands. Autumn would be best suited for a home with no other pets or small children, she tends to be protective of her "person" which is the Pyrenees breed in her. If you are interested in adopting Autumn please go to our website and complete an online application. If you want to meet Autumn call the Stone County Humane Society at (870)269-5200 or stop by our shelter located at 17379 Hwy. 9 in Mountain View AR to discuss adoption.
